Are your prescriptions safe and U.S. made?
Yes! Our medical treatment programs for weight loss, erectile dysfunction and testosterone replacement therapy are legally compounded in Illinois. If diagnosed, how long does it take to get my prescription?
After a consultaion, practitioners may authorize patients for a customized prescription. If so, patients have the option to purchase their medicatoin online within the patient gateway. Prescriptions are formulated, shipped out and should be received by patients within 3 to 5 business day.

Does your clinic take insurance?
Helix treatment and wellness programs can be paid with your tax deductible Health Savings Account and Flex Spending Account contributions. Our economic solutions can be supplemental or provide support in lieu of company paid insurance or worksite wellness programs.
What if I don't have video on my PC?
Don't worry. If you do not meet the necessary hardware or software requirements, we encourage you to consult with our licensed physicians over the phone. Simply call 1-312-379-9433 and have your Patient ID number ready.
